VFW Driver for Windows Media Encoder

I am not seeing the VFW drive in Windows Media Encoder. I've got a large streaming gig coming up where I'm pushing to a distribution point. How do I get this driver installed? I've seen it there before, but it seems to be gone now. I even re-installed the 4.6 upgrade, but that didn't fix it.

Ideas?
