Just wanted to publicly thank all the guys and gals in NT support for getting me back up and running as quickly as possible. We had a blowout and had to send our VT card, bob and cables back to Newtek. Not only did they fix the problem but they overnighted everything back to me at their expense. And to top it all off, it didn't cost me anything more than shipping.
Lately there has been a lot of rumbling around here. Some of it warranted, some of it not IMO. I've been doing a little growling myself. But any company that will offer this kind of service and back up their products this much, deserves my support. Thanks again.
