Upgrade to VT5 Questions

"What are the dates for the VT[5] upgrade special? If you purchased VT[4] between February 1, 2006 and the time VT5 releases, you received a VT5 Upgrade and SpeedEDIT for FREE." Quoted from FAQ's page.

I sent an email to support some time ago asking why I have not received the free copy of SpeedEdit for my purchase of VT4. I have not received any correspondence back from support. The ability to edit HD in SE was one of the main reasons for me doing the upgrade. I still don't understand why SE was not shiped with the VT4 purchase as I was told it would be by my dealer when I bought VT4.

Paul, or someone from NT please jump in and clear this up.

Customers who purchased a VT4 from Feb 1st 2006 and June 30th 2006 recevied a free copy of standalone SpeedEDIT and a free upgrade to VT5 when released. Everyone that purchased VT4 after June 30th still gets a free upgrade to VT5 with SpeedEDIT VT within the VT5 Software Suite but not a Stand alone version.
